Jellicoe Boulevard
Wynyard Quarter PART F
Jellicoe Boulevard is graced by heritage trams, the new ASB HQ and The Auckland Fish Market. We love the tropical plantings which reference the native flora of the Waitakere’s mountain ranges, we love the use of cobble, the street furniture and the trams. We don’t like the fact that there is parking spaces interspersed between the flower beds – why ? This is the ideal opportunity for Auckland to start from scratch and create a boulevard for people with no cars at all. Not a good move Auckland Council. Let’s hope that cars will be banned from this space during weekends, there is ample parking in the surrounding area/Fish Market. Besides this oversight we love having a coffee and watching the trams pass by.

That is disappointing that they are allowing cars to park there
Do you know if any buses will be running down Jellicoe Street ?
At first I didn’t recognise the Fisk Market, even that looks better LOL
